e-learning elementary schools
Welcome!
You have found the Kindfulness e-learning, an initiative made possible by the Kindfulness Foundation.
e-learning for elementary schools
This free e-learning has been carefully created for primary school teachers working with groups 3 through 8. Over four weeks, you’ll be introduced to mindfulness in a light and accessible way, for yourself and with tools you can use directly in the classroom. You’ll explore what mindfulness is, how to weave it into your daily life, and how to offer playful exercises that truly resonate with children.
Mindfulness helps you become more present in the moment, with less focus on yesterday or tomorrow and more space for what is happening now. This brings calm, clarity, and resilience, for you and for your classroom. It can support you during stressful moments, improve concentration, help you sense and respect your boundaries, and contribute to better sleep and less inner restlessness.
The e-learning is based on the MBSR method (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and offers insight into thought patterns, emotions, and automatic reactions. It’s valuable for you as a teacher and a meaningful gift for the children in your class.
You can start the e-learning via the buttons below. It consists of four modules, one per week, each with its own theme to gently bring more kindfulness into the classroom, step by step.
